Anchorage

The northernmost major city in Alaska, and the only safe haven for neutral or Gaia-affiliated Children in all of North America, Anchorage is very, very cold all-year-round. The weather is bitter and the people warm, and it's the only state of America not held under Typhon's constant influence.

Mexico City

Still considered North America, one of the most corrupt cities on the globe, where murder and kidnapping are day-to-day issues, Mexico City is neither controlled nor wanted by Typhon. If you're willing to risk your safety, it can pose itself as a discreet haven.
