DESCRIPTION:
- Forged specifically for the usage of Sofia Petrovin herself within the halls of her creation, this Rapier has been designed exactly for her in every way--it is slightly shorter (and a lot lighter) than your average rapier in order to compensate for the smaller stature of its wielder. As well as this, it has been balanced so that the handle end is heavier, allowing for quicker flicks of the wrist in battle.
As an added feature, the hilt contains five dosages of a powerful tranquillizer, made to knock out any unruly Children. Simple enough to restock, the dosages are applied by pressing the pommel to the neck of the target.
- Based heavily off of the WWII-era M1 Garand, Sofia's Vintovka rifle carries 10-round magazines, firing off .308 Winchester rounds at a semi-automatic rate of fire. Sofia can empty a clip in less than five seconds. The weight is negligible in the basest sense, and rarely holds her back in combat.
Sofia can carry three specific
types of round, each having use depending on the hunt in question.
- Lethal - These rounds are your generic .308 rounds. Used when killing is a necessity.
- Non-Lethal - These rounds have two methods of dropping an enemy. First, the rounds are made of rubber--they don't completely penetrate. However, the tips also have small dosages of the same tranquillizer that is within Sofia's rapier, and those 5mm long rounds can penetrate, but do little damage. There isn't as much of a dosage as in the rapier, as they're meant to slow the target down.
- Anti-Executioner - Within the tips of these relatively weighty tungsten rounds are small explosive charges that detonate on contact with the target, causing additional damage and knock-back. These rounds would eviscerate an average human, and they're reserved specifically for times where Executioners come calling. These rounds, unlike the previous two, are 30-06 rounds, giving them slightly more length and weight where it counts. Sofia will always carry at least one magazine in an accessible place, in case of surprises. They also lack the range, being used sporadically at a distance, and more often in close combat.
