Cape Town

Cape Town, South Africa. In the 1980s, apartheid raged here; it's all but gone now, as the white and black peoples live alongside each other in harmony, despite the city's corrupt underground.

Mogadishu is the capital of Somalia, and a haven for pirates, cutthroats, and thieves, all very much still at large. Of course, there is a shoddy policing system at work, but it's corrupt, right at the very core. Don't be fooled. The criminals rule Mogadishu.
